The Blues are looking for help with match reporting, interviews, and articles

Clitheroe FC are on the lookout for any volunteers to join our team and help with the media side of the football club.

Last season Jack Towers from the University Campus of Football Business based at the Etihad took on the role, producing interviews, post-match comments, and website/programme articles. Following his time at Shawbridge, Jack has moved up a league to a paid role at Lancaster City, whilst writing regular articles for footballfootball.football and 24/7 Football.

The role would be suitable for media, sports, or journalism students hoping to gain access-all-areas at a football club with the opportunity to produce a solid portfolio of work to build a future career upon. If there's a group of you on the same course, we'll happily accommodate you all, whether it be dividing up your time between each other, or collaborating together. The freedom of the role means you can explore and experiment with your ideas, with minimal interference from the club.

Any help would also be appreciated from a regular attendee to our games who would be happy just publishing live updates of the match action to our social media pages.

The role can be as big or as small as you like, and we're happy to take on anyone with an interest.

If you're interested you can either drop us an email at clitheroefc@hotmail.com, or send us a message on our Twitter or Facebook pages.
