Fund 2009 (Smithy's Key Investment fund) Fancy the chance of winning £1000 for a £10 stake? Well you could....and help to provide extra team funds at the same time. At the club's A.G.M. on Thursday 18th June 2009 Carl Garner announced that team manager Peter Smith's budget would not be affected by Blackburn Rovers Ladies moving on. Further to that, the Supporters' Club representative on the committee Chris Musson announced a new project to provide Peter Smith with additional resources, to be held by the Supporters' Club, to be used as he sees fit. The proposal is to offer up to 500 draw tickets at £10 each with 20% of the pot going to the winning ticket which will be drawn by Peter Smith at the last friendly v Kendal Town on Saturday 8th August. So potentially £4000 extra could be made available for spending on the team AND a lucky supporter could pocket a cool £1000 .Please use the email link below to pledge your support - all tickets MUST be paid for before the draw takes place on Saturday 8th August. | Season tickets will be on sale at an Open Day on Sunday 5 July and at any pre-season friendly. Adult season tickets will increase from £120 to £125 to reflect the extra game next season. The concessions price will be held at £75. Any season tickets bought before the end of July will cost £110 and £65 respectively. Any members of the Supporters’ Club for 12 months or more will receive an additional 10% discount. The cost of sponsoring a game or the match ball will remain at £200 and £40 respectively. | |

UNIBOND CHALLENGE |

| I was hoping to get away with
not doing the UniBond Challenge again this season coming, but its very
obvious by the number of emails I have received (100+ so far ) to
"Do it again" that I have no choice. So by popular demand it will be back for the 2009/10 season. Once I know the leagues formation I'll get cracking setting it all up again and will let everyone know.
