The 40 year old won five caps for Wales and is now in the second year of this, his first managerial role. In his 242 games for Cardiff, Coventry, Wigan and Tranmere, he scored 83 goals. Injury brought a premature end to his footballing career, but he has gained his UEFA coaching badges and is looking to make a similar mark as a manager.
