The League One side will be bringing their senior squad to Shawbridge for a highly attractive start to the Blues’ pre-season plans on Sunday, 4 July (KO 3pm).

All supporters will be required to pay to watch David Lynch’s side take on the Reds, with all Clitheroe’s other warm-up games apart from the Chester game the following weekend free for season-ticket holders.

And with no further easing of Covid restrictions in place, the Blues are having to make Stanley’s visit an all-ticket fixture to guarantee entry.

All those buying a 'virtual' ticket will have their names checked on entry to the ground.

Prices are £8 adults, £5 (over-60) and £4 (14-17 years). Under-14s are free.

The club has also had to impose a £1 transaction charge to cover processing fees.

In addition, there will be an option to make a donation to help further support the club as the general sale of food and alcohol will still not be permitted for the majority of home friendlies under current government guidelines.

Refreshments will be available in the bar, but only by table service with pre-booked tables.
