Clitheroe FC can confirm that left back Bailey Sloane has signed for Accrington Stanley for an undisclosed fee. Sloane signed for Clitheroe halfway through last season from Avro FC and has regularly put in match winning performances. Vice chair Andrew Jackson said:
“Bailey goes with the full blessing of Clitheroe FC, and we look forward to seeing his progress in the coming seasons. We would also like to thank Accrington Chair Andy Holt for the manner in which the negotiations have been conducted and look forward to working together in the future”
